This is a guided art exercise for when you need to feel more safe. A lot of the times, our feelings of fear or anxiety stem from our sense of safety. Establishing that sense of safety is very important for us in order to start releasing the fear/anxiety. 


- Materials needed: 



  • Box (shoe box, tea box, paper mache box, jewelry box, etc) 

  • Fabric, pom pom or felt 

  • Glue 

  • Scissors 

  • Pebbles, moss, papers, decorative objects (buttons, sequins, etc)
