Meredith Kestel - Essential - a podcast by WHCC

There are few things in my experience as a business owner and entrepreneur that have been more of a mixed bag than employees. A good employee is worth their weight in gold, and a not-so-good employee can make things very challenging to say the least. I haven’t broached the subject much on this podcast…not intentionally, but the opportunity hasn’t really presented itself. Until recently. A few weeks ago, I had the privilege to speak with Meredith Kestel. She works for Midwest Lifeshots Photography owned by Scott and Jen Elder. I can tell you that after just a couple minutes of my time with Meredith, I knew she was the type of person that anyone would want as an employee. So listen in to hear a bit from an employee’s perspective. The word essential has been used quite a bit lately. I think Meredith embodies it’s meaning perfectly.
