There are a lot of people in the photo industry that talk the talk. And, for the most part, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. If you can get somebody fired up to work harder and be a better person by giving them some words of encouragement, good for you…and them. But some people talk the talk because they walk the walk. There are some people who are really good at motivating you because they know what it’s like in the trenches. Michele Celentano is one of those people. She knows what it’s like to hear that she can’t do something. But she also knows what it’s like to do that very thing. Over and over. My favorite quote from this chat is when she says, “If you say impossible, I will show you possible.” I hope that motivates you as much as it does me. Because coming from Michele, it’s more than just talk.
