Being a fan of the bands that came from Blackout! Records and what Bill Wilson did for NYHC and beyond as a teenager, It was really something special to take 2.5 hrs and go through this life leading up to and beyond the New York Hardcore, Where the Wild Things Are compilation that was the first release of many for Bill and Blackout Records. What startled me was not specific details but the depth to which Bill reveals his childhood and later in life as he dealt with the struggle that it is to be in the Music Business in the early 2000s.This is a must listen, as there is so much more than just talking about records and its another entrepreneur, meets the challenge of dark days and rises to unbelievable limits, all from the hard work that came from being involved in Hardcore Punk and running a record label in the most DIY ways.
