LITTLE STORIES FROM AN EATEN MIND by Angus Milian,

Life is a scary thing, we go through it with very little of an idea on what we should do. Sometimes we'll find our mind is out to get us, other times we'll be faced with situations outside of any rational explanation, and every so often we just have to sit through unsettling times of boredom and have to make out the beauty which lurks in the dullness. The stories in this book are reflections of these ideas and more, a journey within the depths of loneliness, the relentless horrors, and confusion which hide within the dark corners of our world, and of our fragile mind.

From a young age I found stories of the macabre always struck out to me, tales of weary characters going through events unlike any other, being forced to make due to the horrid situation of it all to be beautiful. Seeing storytellers connect their tales to the personal trauma and fears that they themselves experienced helped throw me into the wonderful rabbit hole that is writing. Since then I've never stopped trying to tell my little tales.
