THE SHADOW OF MY LIFE by Hope ChanceThe book covers years from 17 through 40 years. First marriage rape nightly, mental and physical abuse. Ended up pregnant much more abuse then, two more failed marriages. Lived like I was in a prison camp. no phone calls, no friends, not allowed to drive. The abuse was still there it just got worse it was never ending. My daughter was identical to father in sullen nature and mean streak like him. I eventually allowed him to take her where she would be happier with him instead of me. That was no choice it was a have to situation for her own good. She deserved a life of some kind that I could not give her my nature was the direct opposite. She hated me. I learned to rebuild my life by directing, outreach programs by everything I did. It got better and better. and stronger. Every step I took. I knew God was guiding me those doors were opening one by one they sure did open. God is so good. He kept guiding and I kept walking.Author Bio:Born in mid west in a town of 29,000. went to pro drama school in California and excelled to the top instantly. I had my niche no doubt it was fantastic lots of work lots of learning .extremely happy. met Mr Right there. Folks pulled from school without warning overnight it was all gone never to return, it was totally gone. When my books and clothes arrived I was told to burn everything in the burn barrel in the back yard. That was my job to burn it piece by piece till there was nothing left. It was all gone there was no trace just smoke and a dream. That was it.https://www.amazon.com/Shadow-My-Life-Hope-Chance/dp/1953397468/ref=sr_1_9https://www.theshadowofmylife.com/http://www.bluefunkbroadcasting.com/root/twia/hchancemdslp.mp3
