The Bible Is a Single Book by H. Doyle Smith

God is omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent. The Bible tells of his powers and more. Everything we need to know to be saved are all in the Bible. Most people, though, think the Bible is simply a written recording of anecdotes of God and his interaction with humans and the testament of his power. That is, however, not all of it. The scholars have excluded the apocrypha, purposely preserving the teachings that are constant throughout the books in the Bible. This makes the Bible more than just the collection of the sacred texts from the days of God. The scholars have observed a system. The Bible Is a Single Book undertakes the project of explaining the outline and theme found in the Bible. This will pave way for readers to be further enlightened when studying the Bible for their salvation. 

H Doyle Smith is the son of a Southern Baptist Minister. He is a member of Mensa and other similar organizations. He is a retired CPA and has had many experiences where the ideas taught in this book have made life simpler for his clients.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Doyle has lived in ten states and visited all but Hawaii. He has worked in twenty two states, as a CPA for thirty years, a corporate auditor, hospital controller, governmental personnel clerk, in real estate, and many other fields. Whereas most people have had one year’s experience sixty times, Doyle has had 60 years’ experience, and claims to know more about the workings of our country from working in it than anyone he knows.

A graduate (BS) from the University of Arizona, Doyle received a master’s degree in education from Western Carolina University and has studied for a doctorate in both economics and history.
