Peter K. Stimpson is an Episcopal priest and a licensed clinical social worker. He has counseled people from all walks of life since 1972 and retired in 2014 as Director of Trinity Counseling Service in Princeton, New Jersey.

His first book, Map to Happiness: Straightforward Advice on Everyday Issues, was published in 2008. Rev. Stimpson also wrote a popular advice column in various newspapers from 1983-2014.

Rev. Stimpson holds master’s degrees from the University of Ottawa in theology and from the State University of New York at Albany in social work.
