There will be quite a bit more fallout coming after the Rittenhouse trial spanning several issues, perhaps the most important being that of self-defense and the rule of law.
On this edition of Thought to Action, our Herb London Center for Policy Research panel discusses the central points of the Rittenhouse trial, how it will affect similar cases and other Second Amendment-related court proceedings in the future.
We also delve into the conduct of the prosecutors, who employed several deceptive tactics in order to sway a jury into a guilty verdict at all costs, all while the US media establishment worked hard to sway public opinion against the teen. It was not only media, but elected officials who knew nothing about the case aside what social and mainstream media would allow, injected themselves into the investigation and proceedings. This included President Joe Biden, who in a campaign video asserting, without evidence, the then-minor was a dangerous White Supremacist for political gain.

The panel for this episode:
LCPR President LTC (Ret) Tony Shaffer
LCPR Board of Directors Member Bennett McPhatter
LCPR Senior Fellow LTC (Ret, British Army) Tim Wilson
LCPR Distinguished Fellow Navy Capt (Ret) Pete O'Brien
LCPR Distinguished Fellow Bryan Griffin
Moderated by LCPR Media Director Chris Cordani
