US President Joe Biden recently tried to get tough with Vladimir Putin as the Russians continue their assault on Ukraine. While sanctions have not worked, Biden has few cards to play in what could be considered a proxy US-Russia War on Ukraine grounds as he threatened to use strategic nuclear attacks on Russia until its nation's president pulls out. If this reminds many of the old US-USSR Cold War, the threats of mutually assured destruction, the idea that both superpowers never directly faced off, the old "arms race" and fighting through propaganda, you would be correct.
On this edition of Thought to Action, our panel from the London Center for Policy Research looks at the recent posturing from the Biden Administration and the current state of nuclear strength levels of each nation:

LCPR President LTC (Ret) Tony Shaffer
LCPR Senior Fellow LTC (British Army, Ret) Tim Wilson
LCPR Distinguished Fellow Navy Capt. (Ret) Pete O'Brien
LCPR Senior Fellow Marine Capt. Bill Heinzelmann
