This week Seb and Verity take another virtual transatlantic trip to meet production designer, illustrator, filmmaker and musician, Abby Portner. Amongst the vast and varied array of work she has done, Abby collaborates and designs sets/album artwork/makes music videos for artists includingAnimal Collective, Lucius, Andrew BirdandJohn Cale.

Abby chats about gator sightings in Savannah, epic touring schedules, working with her brother (Animal Collective’sAvey Tare), designing on a large scale and making the snake fence for Coachella.

Abby also talks about her time working at Jim Henson’s Studio, designing her own puppet and archiving and restoring some classic Henson characters. In exchange, Seb introduces her to..........Rod Hull and Emu!
