Today I'm joined by Athlete Transition Specialist, Keynote Speaker, Coaching Consultant and Author Justin Brown.

Justin Brown is a former professional athlete. He attended both Penn State University as well as the University of Oklahoma, where he excelled as a Wide Receiver and Punt Returner. Following a breakout season at Oklahoma, he was selected in the 6th round of the 2013 NFL Draft to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

While he was with the Steelers, he was challenged by his teammate (All Pro Wide Receiver) Antonio Brown, to find his identity away from being an athlete. After three season ending injuries in a row, Justin was forced to transition from football to the real world where he found  himself battling depression, fear, and anxiety.

Transforming his life, Justin is now a Athlete Transition Specialist, Keynote Speaker and Coaching Consultant. His programs assists many individuals and groups in transitioning throughout different stages in their lives while remaining true to their authentic selves and strengths.
