While Aswand was both playing football & working towards a college degree, he spent time working at a fitness center. He saw a genuine connection between athletic programs & fitness franchises. Upon graduation, he worked as a college scout, a high school football coach, and a fitness consultant. Teaching became his passion. He built an online feature that allows coaches of any level or any sport to announce the type of athletes that would make a great fit on their team.
