Dr. Jody Tate, MD is a quadruple board-certified physician in internal medicine, pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine.  She lives and works in Portland, Oregon, and is a wife and mother of 2 children.  Her passion is helping people improve their sleep which, in turn, helps them improve their overall health.  When she is not in the office, you can find her promoting healthy sleep habits in her community, cooking, traveling, playing with her family, reading books, and finding a body of water to sit by and relax.
