510: Brett Bergen - "Megamind" - a podcast by Lou Diamond

Brett Bergen is a Financial Planning & Analysis professional for the U.S. Navy in Washington, D.C.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Brett graduated in the top 2% of his class from Penn State University in 2009, with a double-major in Finance and Industrial Psychology. He later graduated from Columbia University with a Masters in Applied Analytics.

Today, Brett works with a team to manage multi-billion dollar budgets for the U.S. Navy’s Radars, Electronic Warfare, & Lasers to keep America’s Navy #1 in the world.

Outside of his day job, Brett channels his passion for education into an organization he founded, called The Wiseman Institute. Working evenings and weekends over the last several years, he has taught over 5,000 students in 123 countries how to crush their high school, college, and graduate classes. This Fall, he’s launching a new training called “Megamind”, which is a complete guide to acing online classes. You might say it is perfect timing for students suddenly finding themselves forced to take distance learning during the present pandemic.
