On this week's episode of Timeout with TWN, we spoke with Kim Hildreth, professional beach volleyball player and wellness and life coach. After playing volleyball through college, Kim found success in her second season on the AVP tour. She also competes on the FIVB where she and her partner were Silver Medalists at the FIVB Guam event. Kim has recently completed tournaments in Wisconsin, Africa and Europe in the month of July and Atlanta, Manhattan Beach and Chicago in August & early September. Kim also provides wellness coaching to both athletes and individuals looking to improve whole-body health.
