Increasing your studying and efficiency in med school does not mean giving up on the fun stuff.

I have talked a lot about how to be efficient, improving your studying and generally how to be the best med student you can be. What's important to remember is the type of med student "YOU" can be and not anyone else's vision of you as a med student.

When your last class ends, you go home and do other things that you love and a part of who you are. Your studies and eventually, work as a doctor is not your entire life.

Yes, there's a lot of work in med school from the very first day of your first year all the way through graduation. Managing time and accepting you will never know everything but continue to try anyway, throughout your career is really important.

But, it's also important to schedule in time for yourself. It will force you to find ways to do your work and fit in some personal time. We are not robots and do work 24/7, we are our own med student and future doctors that work really hard and also have time for other things we care about.

So in this episode of the Doc Talks series, we talk to Jasmine and discuss increasing your efficiency in med school while still having a life and also tips to studying anatomy!
