Growing violence against healthcare workers is a crisis. A study from 2019 showed that 1 in 4 nurses reported being physically assaulted in the workplace. That number has grown across the COVID-19 pandemic. New statistics show that 2 nurses are being assaulted every hour in the workplace, and health care workers are five times more likely to be assaulted at work than in any other profession.

TNA's CEO Serena Bumpus and Director of Governmental Affairs Jack Frazee sat down with Elizabeth Clark to discuss the aftermath of the Dallas Methodist Hospital shooting and the rise of healthcare workplace violence across the country.
