He is the co-author of Shifting: How Educational Leaders Can Create a Culture of Change, which focuses on helping education leaders and their teams lead sustained changes that lead to desired outcomes and impact.

Together we take the journey of the first square of emotional intelligence - how well do you know yourself? Emotional self-awareness. Deep self-awareness.

We go on the excavation through the inner critic, the inner saboteur, the inner gremlin. And we dig into the importance of this in the education system for teachers, principals, students, and parents.
