Sheila is also a founding member and current President of the Howard T. Markey Intellectual Property Inn of Court. Barbara Barath is a trial-experienced intellectual property litigator at Kirkland and Ellis where she represents clients in patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters involving a broad range of technologies.
