The blast in Beirut was horrific. We talk to Jeffrey Feltman, a visiting fellow in the Brookings Foreign Policy program about what might have happened and what might happen as a result. He takes us through the power and influence Hezbollah has on the port city and how they may have contributed to the disaster. He is a great guest and if you need a quick shot of Beirut knowledge, he is your guy. Feltman was the U.N. undersecretary-general for political affairs and all sorts of other important things.
