In this episode of The Tour Coach, Tony Ruggerio sits down with professional golfer, Rick Lamb to discuss his experience playing on the PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tour. Rick talks about the biggest differences between lower level tours and being on the PGA Tour, and how to overcome the circus that is a tournament week.

Rick talks about the importance of knowing what works for you once you reach the PGA Tour, and how easy it is to get pulled in many different directions. Lamb offers his advice to younger players reaching the PGA Tour, saying “Continue to do the things that got you, get very good at the things you are good at.”

This seems like simple advice, but when there are so many options of golf balls, clubs, parties to attend, and events during a tour week it can be difficult to remain focused on what you do.

Tony and Rick discuss the strategy for Rick in 2020 to get back to the PGA Tour and what to do differently to get back to the top.
