Stoke City have announced the signing of experienced goalkeeper Adam Federici on a two-year deal from Bournemouth.
Federici joins after Manchester United completed the signing of Stoke’s second choice goalkeeper Lee Grant, and the former Socceroos stopper could become Stoke’s number one, depending on how the future of Jack Butland pans out.

And it looks like Matt Jurman is on his way out of South Korea and into Saudi Arabia, with powerhouse Al-Ittihad set to snare his signature. It’s understood that the two clubs are close to agreeing a transfer fee of around $500,000 for the Socceroo.

The PFA held a 25-year anniversary dinner last night as part of its annual awards. The Alex Tobin Medal for services to fellow professional players was handed to Paul Okon. The player awards - voted by the players - were awarded to Aaron Mooy and Samantha Kerr for players of the year and Daniel Arzani and Alex Chidiac for young players of the year.
