Another foreign has joined the A-League, with A-League Premiers Sydney FC agreeing terms to sign Dutch centre-back Jop van der Linden from Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar on a one-year deal. The 28-year old joins the Sky Blues after spending nearly a decade playing in the Netherlands' top two tiers.

Daniel Arzani looks likely to move to Celtic for two seasons on loan from Manchester City, the 'parent' club of Melbourne City, where he will link-up with Socceroos team mate, Tom Rogic. The deal is expected to be finalised shortly.
