Graham Arnold has indicated that a "bolter" for the Asian Cup squad could be 25-year-old midfielder Kenny Dougall, who recently joined English third tier team, Barnsley, from Sparta Rotterdam. Arnold says Dougall is good on the ball, and has good engines and good pass.

Dougall is set to be named in a 30-man training squad in Turkey next month.

Arnold also says that he hopes that Mark Milligan's new contract with Hibs in the Scottish Premier League will help ensure Milligan does not opt for international retirement.

And in a little bit of Overseas news Socceroos midfielder Jackson Irvine has delivered an inspired performance for Championship side Hull City scoring a brace in their thrilling 3-2 win against Rotherham United.
It was a difficult night at the office for Socceroos midfielder Massimo Luongo as his QPR side slumped to a 3-0 defeat at the hands of Bailey Wright's Bristol City.
