This week’s live guest was the ever-positive and so, so lovely, incredible record-breaking US road&trail runner Camille Herron! YouTube live interview link: https://youtu.be/xIhfl2TiPDA

Camille holds so many American speed records for road and trail from marathon to 100 mile distances we've lost count! But perhaps most notable are these - her win of the 2017 Comrades Ultra marathon, she holds 5 world records, and she is the fastest woman on trail for 100k and 100 miles.

She also made a new course record on the Tarawera Ultra Trail in New Zealand just 2 weeks after a near fatal rollover car crash. Wow. Her zest for life is unrivalled, and she radiates pure joy. Who wouldn't want Camille as their coach?!

Camille is also a running coach and answers Patreon questions about running further, faster, nutrition (she is known for her love of tacos and beer). She is hoping to do UTMB (Ultra Tour du Mont Blanc) 2020 if it takes place, and we also asked her if she'd be interested in trying the Barkley Marathons!

Next week’s live YouTube broadcast we have up and coming Merrell athlete Georgia Tindley joining us on Skype from Scotland. She won last September’s Glen Coe Skyline, an incredibly tough 52km race with 4,750m ascent over two extreme scrambling sections - Curved Ridge and Aonach Eagach.

Patreons also get freebies, discounts and training plans, plus automatic entry into my monthly competition to win £400’s worth of trail and ultra running gear. There are only about 140 Patreons so the odds on a win are way better than the lottery. What is not to like?
