:: ::

Because May is Mental Health Month our hosts have decided each episode during the month of May will focus on mental health and how it affects us in the business world. Airial begins by discussing clinical anxiety and sales calls! Both of our hosts generously give us a peek behind the curtain into their world, their anxieties, how they handle it, and keep on keeping on. Airial and Scott also breakdown what defines anxiety and what it means to both of them personally. (Which is amazing because often times we can forget anxiety can look and feel different for each individual person.)

Listen for more on:

  • Acting out of desperation
  • Treating yourself kindly when you begin to feel your anxiety coming on
  • Rumination and detaching
  • Reflection
  • Triggers and setting time aside to deal
  • Mindset work
  • Professional help and/or medication
