Literal translation Of Heb 10:7 - "Then I said, "Behold, I have arrived (in the title of the little book it has been written) to do your will, O the God."

1.  Christ arrived on earth with one purpose in mind, to seek and save that which was lost. Luke 19:10. 

2. The book quoted is not the Mosaic Law but a book that contains the Plan of the Ages.

3.  Integral pieces of the "book of the ages" are contained within the revealed and Written Word of God, the Bible
