Our man Darc has his own podcast, at last. He's spoken to some of the most successful and influential leaders in business, retail, hospitality and of course sport to find out what makes them tick and what can we learn to be great leaders ourselves. In this short clip, Darc shares one of his favourite moments from the series where he spoke to Head Coach of the Australian Men's Cricket Team, Justin Langer. No doubt JL is a great leader both as a player and now a coach, and no moment possibly sums up the man more than when, on last year's 'The Test' documentary, he was shown kicking over a bin when Nathan Lyon stuffed up running out Jack Leach at Headingley in the Ashes... then went over and replaced the rubbish.
