Leonard Fraser - a podcast by True Blue Crime
from 2019-03-03T06:00
Leonard Fraser, The Rockhampton Rapist, was a serial killer and rapist whose criminal history spanned and escalated over a period of three decades, culminating in a series of murders in 1998 and 1999, when he would finally be apprehended and put behind bars for life.
Fraser's story is that of a twisted, sex-crazed lunatic, who had an utter contempt for women, and disregard for human life. He showed no remorse for his crimes and enjoyed the thought of being known as a serial killer.
Join Shaun and Chloe as they deep dive into Fraser's background, the escalation of his criminality, the stories of the victims, the tragic crimes themselves, and the affect this monster had on the Rockhampton community and broader Australian public.
What's most disturbing about this tale is the eerie feeling you're left with at the end. How many victims did Leonard Fraser actually have? We'll never truly know...
