:: ::

In 1963, 15 year old Patty Rebholz was found murdered in a vacant lot in a town near Cincinnati, Ohio. She was a popular cheerleader who was loved by everyone. Patty had a 15 year old boyfriend named Mike who was a popular football player. The police would zero in on a suspect very early on in the investigation but the case would go cold for more than 35 years.

Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss this case and how cold case investigators would reignite the case after 35 years and prosecutors would bring a suspect to trial. How would the police handling of the investigation back in 1963 affect the ability to prosecute someone so many years later? And did they even have the right person in the first place or had tunnel vision clouded the investigation from the beginning?
