The Monster of Florence murdered at least 16 people over a 17 year period in and around Florence, Italy. He targeted couples in cars on lovers lanes and mutilated the females. There many suspects over the years, many of whom were imprisoned for some of these murders. The authorities would eventually tie these murders together through ballistics and the details of the crimes.
