Lauren is a single gal from Florida, now living in Nashville, who has stepped out in bravery to write a book about the singleness season she is currently in. You don't see many books, our even hear many voices, written by single people, so this is a real treat. We not only talk about navigating the waters of singleness, we also talk about her bouts with depression and loss. I’m so pumped to share her story with all of you.
