Too Close for Comfort - a podcast by Joey Awaijane

In what to date is the game of the year, the Vikings defeat the Packers, but barely, by squeaking out a remarkable 28-27 victory. The Vikings nearly threw away the game, literally when Gus Frerrotte made some pretty bad passes along the way, especially the one returned 59 yards for a TD by Nick Collins. Special teams coverage gives up yet another TD, and the second this season to Will Blackmon, who made a dumbo mistake earlier. Fortunately an emotional Adrian Peterson took this team on his back and willed them to victory with 225 total yards, and on a remarkable drive in the game's final minutes. What was too close for comfort though was the 52 yard miss by Mason Crosby in the game's final seconds to seal the victory.
