Don’t call Leah Judson a photographer. - a podcast by This Week in Photo
from 2021-06-25T23:35:56
In this interview, I speak with the amazing Leah Judson! Her life and work cover over 20 countries, and 500,000+ miles across the United States.
We discuss her refreshing perspective on photography and storytelling, and how calling her just a photographer might be inaccurate.
Leah is known for her intimate portrait work and her organization, BEHOLD.HER, a D.C.-based event series bridging social barriers through women-led storytelling. With the pandemic influencing her programming, she repurposed her downtime into an upcoming new series called, Before We Could Drink, in which she'll circle the United States in a renovated bus to interview young people who are defying expectations before turning 21.
