DK200 Pre-race Pep Talk - Episode 27 - a podcast by Coach Tim Hall

In this episode we dive deep into the DK200 gravel race! There are three guests on the show: David Kahn of Lees-McRae Cycling, Curt Shelman of Chamois Butt'r, and Judah Sencenbaugh of SCAD-Atlanta Cycling. David and I are raising money to secure charity spots into the DK200 this year, and we explain what we are doing to help get more kids on bikes through the Kansas NICA League. Curt shares his story as a 9x finisher of the event and offers some great tips, and Judah gives her perspective of having finished 3rd in the pro women in 2017.
