This week, we head east to discuss and learn about the devastating situation that currently exists in Ukraine. Our friend Anna - a Ukrainian who fled to Germany - joined us to tell us about her experiences living in Ukraine when the war began, what life was like in the first few weeks of the invasion, her journey to Germany, and how she has adjusted to life here in Munich. And of course, we discussed some of the fun cultural differences between Germany and Ukraine (Would you have expected "tea" to be one of the first topics that came up here?). We are so thankful to her for being so vulnerable with us and being willing to share her experiences with all of us. We encourage everyone to inform themselves about what is going on and to support the efforts for peace in whatever way they can!
