There is a time and a place for everything. Just because something has worked in the past, does not mean it is something that should be implemented today.  In fact, today...well, on Friday to be exact, our family saw where this discrepancy or 'gap in care' as I affectionately call it, has left many people, families and professionals with resentment toward one another and apathy toward a system that was born out of compassion.  How can we as a society renew the hope and build a bridge between what once was considered 'effective' care to the crisis' epicenter? I have a solution with soul that definitely has me sitting amongst the misfits of innovation before me who dared to challenge the system and all its established brick and mortar minutiae. In this short solo episode I discuss how I got my wild ideas, what a trip to the ER with my adult son stirred in me, and what my bridge over troubled water feels like.  Join me, outside the box, where fun and freedom are created from utter chaos (aka fuckery).
