In 2018 Dorothy launched the podcast Do Well& Do Good, which tells the stories of people who have not only created success professionally, but who have chosen to leverage that success to create a positive impact on the world. The two brands go hand in hand, as she gives back 10% of Needle's Eye Media's profits to charities voted on each month by her podcast audience.
