This week we discuss the story of Jen Palmer who left a negative review about Kleargear.com for a product that she purchased but never received.  The company fined her $3,500 for violating their terms and conditions which prohibit a customer from leaving a negative reivew.  We also answer some of our listener's legal questions received via our website.
