INTRO TO vidalSPEAKS - In this first podcast I want welcome you! What is this podcast about? Health & Wellness & Healthy living and any aspect that can contribute to that. For me that means using homeopathy & many other alternative approaches to getting well such as: vegan organic plant based diet, detoxing, clean diet, learning how & why we get sick & how to stop making decisions that make us sicker. Health is a general idea and it leaves so many things to speak about but that is why I love the name of the podcast, as it gives me a chance to cover every aspect of health and to interview many experts to help you feel more confident about taking your health into your own hands & being responsible for your decisions. Included in health is anything that can help us mentally emotionally or physically become balanced & happier… so the door is wide open and I love that! Who am I? I am Deborah Vidal your host – known by many as VIDAL - Please listen to hear MY STORY….so you can learn to trust me. I want to introduce myself and let us become very familiar with each other. I want you to feel like you are sitting with me having a tea and chatting on a personal level. In order to do that I need to tell you my story and how I got on this path AND why I feel compelled to do this podcast and speak out now.
