Today we will meet Professor Chung Hoang Chuong who is currently a senior researcher, Center for International Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; expert from the NGO International Rivers. He used to be a lecturer at the Department of Asian American Studies, San Francisco State University, USA.
