Throughout this conversation, Óskar was drinking Gæðingur brugghús 's "Beer with Bubbles" the 4.6% ABV Lager while I enjoyed Lagabière x The Wild Shack's "Collabo Wild Shack". This 6.1% ABV Mixed Fermentation Grisette was aged for a year in Oak Barrels&conditioned for three month on Boysenberries. It poured out with a gorgeous dark purple veil, smashed an earthy oak driven nose&slapped a tart berry filled finish. It was delicious!
