Tune into this week's episode of Victim Service Center Podcast where we are talking about Self-Care and how to continue practicing Self-Care while staying home.



On this episode Emilie Mitchell, VSC Education Coordinator, is joined by Yasmin Flasterstein. Yasmin is a young, hispanic, and bisexual leader in the mental health and LGBTQ+ community. Yasmin has been named one of 2019s Most Remarkable People by Watermark magazine and is currently the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Peer Support Space.



We are also joined by VSC Advocate Emily Rivera. Emily is currently a Crisis Counselor and Victim Advocate for survivors of sexual assault and other traumatic events. She holds a Masters in mental Health Counseling and is a registered intern with the State of Florida pursuing licensure.
