EP23: Why are fathers allowing stepmoms to maltreat their children? - a podcast by Nana Kwame

The wicked stepmother narrative is nothing new to most people and if it is, all you have to do is watch a Nollywood or Ghanaian movie to see what can transpire when children are raised by their stepmothers. One such incident happened in Ghana when a kid had his hand cut with a cutlass by the stepmother. Long story short the kid has lost an arm because the parents didn't treat the wound. This kid lived in the same house with the father and how the father can allow such thing to happen under his watch can't be comprehended but that seems to be the norm.
