EP55: Davido was forced to proposed to Chioma II NigeriaCelebrity - a podcast by Nana Kwame

Nigerian Afrobeat artist Davido proposed to his girlfriend Chioma recently and a lot of people have taken to social media to celebrate their relationship. A video release of the proposal shows Chioma heavily pregnant and this has got the Wahaala Boys to think, why would Davido propose now? Ghanaian actor John Dumelo did get married and in less than 9 months the wife had a baby which confirmed he might have got married to hide the pregnancy. Afrobeat artist Becca from Ghana also had a baby shortly after getting married again supposedly to hide having a kid outside wedlock.

A lot of African parents frown on having kids outside wedlock and even though Davido has two kids outside wedlock, it is possible that Chioma's parents wouldn't allow their daughter to be baby mama number 3.

The Wahaala Boys breakdown what could've happened and also questions if most girls and parents are becoming more comfortable with the idea of having kids or becoming pregnant outside wedlock.
