Welcome to Day 12 of the Mentor Masterclass Holiday Challenge Podcast!

Today’s challenge is especially fun. We’re spending some time with Elsa Isaac, who is very much part of our coaching/healing/self-development space — but she comes at it from the fashion side of things!

Elsa is a pro fashion stylist based in NYC. She’s styled none other than Lenny Kravitz, Katie Couric, Kris Carr, Kate Northrup, and Marie Forleo, just to name a few. Elsa believes in your success - and she believes you should look the part, too!

Elsa got her start got in the styling business dressing musicians for music videos, then moved to working on magazine and commercial shoots as well.

Kate Northrup (who joined us early in the Holiday Challenge) says of Elsa: “Knowing what to wear and how to put it together not only helped me feel at ease, it also made the photos pop in a way they wouldn’t have if I’d been styling myself.”

“I just want to say how much I ‘freakin’ love Elsa! I’ve always dreamed of having a stylist for video shoots, personal events… to have a stylist actually come help put me together, and make my fashion dreams come true…no one is better than Elsa,” says Marie Forleo.

I can’t wait for you to meet Elsa and dive into today’s challenge. Here’s a hint: you’ll need a tape measure and Elsa’s body type calculator, which you’ll find right here.

You’re going to love this challenge. Listen here!

How to Play Full-Out

1. Listen to the podcast episode

Listen to today’s episode and follow the instructions to do your challenge activity.

Each challenge is a fun and easy way to practice what you learn in the episode, while having some holiday fun inside our supportive community of coaches and mentors at the same time.

2. Share & Win Prizes

Follow the instructions and then share on Instagram, or Facebook if you do not have an Instagram using the tags #MMHolidayChallenge @mentor.masterclass and @jeannine.yoder.

Tag Elsa, too! She’s @elsaisaac on Instagram and @blog.elsaisaac on Facebook.

Click here to follow us NOW on Instagram @jeannine.yoder and @mentor.masterclass. Some podcasts may mention an old Instagram or Twitter page, but this year we’re focused on using Instagram and these pages to track your sharing and to give out prizes. This is also the best place to make sure I personally see what you post.

We’re tracking tags and shares, so the more you play, the more chances you have to win prizes and a potential scholarship to join my signature program Mentor Masterclass. Plus Instagram is one of the best places to engage with like-minded powerful women and start to create a brand as a coach, let’s use this challenge as a way to get you comfortable being seen and to grow your following on social media!

3. Reflect & Renew

What would it feel like if you had clear tools, resources and mentors to support you in remembering your innate worthiness?  What would it feel like if you had strong tools, resources, mentors and a sisterhood to support you as you move through your internal blocks, allowing you to become the leader and business owner you have the full, soul-filled potential to become?

Instead of looking to our current culture for inspiration in how to “fit in,” what would it feel like to discover a way that honors you and your unique essence, brilliance and shape in the world?

Having lived for generations in a male-led society, there is a now a global movement of women to carry their half of the sky for a more balanced society and a sustainable future for the generations to follow. If your emotions, cycle, shape, size and brilliance were invited and celebrated. If you felt into your gifts beyond caring for your home and family and brilliance, what else would you focus your energy toward?

4. Earn a Full or Partial Scholarship to Mentor Masterclass

If you’d like to be considered for a full or partial scholarship to Mentor Masterclass, download a copy of the Holiday Challenge Reflection & Support Guide (or “workbook”) here

The workbook is also your scholarship application. To be considered for the full or partial scholarship, follow the instructions on the workbook information page. Reserve A Spot on the Guest List for our Themes Call Now!

Take a quick moment to sign up for our free live sisterhood celebration, The Power of Themes call on January 7. It’s our special, live wrap-up call to celebrate the sisterhood, personal growth, and self-care rituals you’ve experienced during the challenge.

You’ll discover the power of starting your New Year with a new theme, as I guide you through an easy meditation to choose your theme for the year (we’ll do this live, during the call!).

Plus, I’ll show you how to build on what you’ve already started practicing in the Challenge, so you can start and grow your coaching business, based on self-care. In other words, I’ll share a sneak peek inside my signature life coach training program, Mentor Masterclass, and show you the exact process I teach inside the course. When you learn this 4-step process, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how to use self-care as the foundation to start and grow your coaching business.

We’ll also announce the prize winners, the Mentor Masterclass virtual self-study scholarship winner, and the winner of the scholarship to my full-length Mentor Masterclass signature program. Learn more and sign up here.
