While we’re taking our walk together during this episode, we’ll be talking about connecting all the fragmented parts of yourself that come up… especially when you’re going through a transition.
Sometimes I have two really strong feelings — about the same issue — and they’re in complete CONFLICT with each other. All my life I’ve had a big, courageous, and focused vision to grow and lead... and this inner voice is encouraging me to continue manifesting and moving. While a new grounded, confident voice is asserting this as a time to slow down and focus on what I am feeling, seeing and experiencing. She says everything I need is in this very moment and in order to experience pleasure I must learn a more expansive approach to manifestation.
It feels important to honor both parts of myself — the visionary/dream chaser AND the part that longs for simple pleasures and a slower pace. How?
When we have conflicting parts, it’s impossible to move forward gracefully. So I use an NLP technique. It’s a deeply impactful technique that works by initiating a simple guided conversation between the two conflicting parts that are making you crazy.
I’ll be sharing this technique and a live enactment of my two conflicting parts in conversation with you our walk today.
