During this walk, VP Gosha emphasizes why millennials are bout that action.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, he earned his bachelor's degree from Jacksonville State (s/o to the other Gamecocks!) and his master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

He got his start in college sport as the Gamecock student manager in 2007 before being hired to a full-time role by his alma mater as the Coordinator of Operations in 2011. Over the last decade, he has spent quality time working in and overseeing several functional areas in college sport - including but limited to equipment operations, facilities, sport medicine, and information technology.

His contagious energy, dedication to his craft, and commitment to cultivating universal excellence has trailblazed a life path - illuminated by a shared vision and guided by purpose. And as a result, in November 2019 - he was named the vice president and Director of Athletics at Florida A&M University at the millennial age of 30.

I keep telling y'all that Alphas are banned from this pod, but this brother is a good man, servant of God, and undoubtedly more than a millennial.

Let's walk and hear directly from our vice president and director of athletics as to why leadership has no age.
