During this walk, Resa explains the importance of white allyship in diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice work.

A PG county native, Resa competed as a student-athlete at Hampton University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in sport management. She went on to earn her Master’s degree from Old Dominion University before continuing her professional career at George Mason, University of Oregon, and the University of Maryland, College Park.

It’s unlikely you’ve never heard of Resa because her presence and leadership has graced countless committees, task forces, and coalitions in higher education over the last decade. But in October 2020, she became the founder and CEO of RBL Theory, LLC.
